What
is the warranty?
The
wood dash kit or synthetic wood dash kit is warranted for material and
workmanship for the period
of three years from the date of
purchase, which is the manufacturers' warranty. A warranty card will be
included in your dash kit package as well. The purchaser is responsible
for
proper
installation of the dash trim kit.
How
do I install the wood dash kit?
A
set of instructions are included in the dash kit packing. Please read
and follow
the
instructions carefully. We are available via phone or e-mail for
specific
questions regarding your vehicle.
What
is the Return Policy?
If
you are unhappy with the wood dash kit when it arrives, we will refund
your
purchase
price in full for up-to-date applications (current model years), if you
return
the package within 30 days of receipt. If you have an
older model vehicle, we accept returns at our discretion, at which time
there will be a 20% restocking fee. The wood dash kit must return
to us in the condition you received it in before credit will be given.
Why
a different price on the order page than what is stated in the
drop-down lists?
The
actual price of your dash kit package is dependant on the type of
material you
select.
The price will automatically adjust for material selection in the
shopping cart
area.
How
long before I receive my dash package?
If
we have the dash kit is in our inventory, you may possibly receive the
dash trim kit by
the next
day following your purchase. If the dash kit package has to be
produced, please
expect 7-10
business days before receiving your package.
I
don't see my dash kit available.
We
have tried to include everything available for the past five years. If
you do
not see your vehicle application, ask
us. We have packages available for vehicles dating all the way
back to
the 1960's.
Do
you sell individual pieces from a wood dash trim kit?
Yes we do. Keep in mind though, that the cost of individual pieces is greater than an entire dash kit. Labor costs are the same for 1 individual piece as it is for an entire dash trim kit. Therefore if you are interested in more than 4 or 5 pieces, it is usually cheaper to purchase the entire dash kit package.
How
do I install my OEM wood steering wheel?
In most cases, you will need to remove a couple of bolts from the backside of your wheel. Usually, the airbag will then pull straight out revealing an electrical connection that must be unfastened. Remove any auxiliary switches and loosen their connections as well. At this point you may be able to pull your steering wheel straight out. If not use a steering wheel puller, which can usually be rented at your nearest auto parts store. Reverse the process the install.
What
are stainless door sills?
These are door sills made of real stainless steel. They can be slightly manipulated to ensure proper fit on your vehicle. These sills are engraved with the logo of your vehicle. Our line is limited at this time. Check regularly for updates on our site.
